When I sent you my petition for recovery of my

property taken by agents of BAFT, I forgot to send

you copies of teh enclosed letters.



Also the more I reflect on the circumstances

under which I gave up my firearms the more

I feel I did so from an implied threat.

I should have stood my ground and asked the

agents to produce a court order but their

implication of "if you don't turn it over now

we'll get a court order to seize it and you'll

never get it back, persuaded me to give it

to them. But I did so most unwillingly for fear

of a reprisal of some sort. If I had the choice

I would have elected not to give it up.

Again you honor, please assist me in gaining

the return of my legal property.
